I have spent the last year living in one of Sheffield 2 Let’s 6 bedroom properties and I have only positive things to say of my experience. Firstly, the property itself is extremely clean and modern, with 6 equally large and spacious bedrooms and plenty of living and storage space too. The service provided by Dan and the team has also been second to none.

Regardless of the size of the issue or the time of day, myself and my housemates have always felt comfortable in being able to contact Dan and every time we have needed to, the issue has been solved quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend Sheffield 2 Let highly enough and I intend to rent from them again when I return to Sheffield in 12 months time.

I really enjoyed living in Walsh Court while I was a student and wish I could have stayed another year!

I am currently living in a Sheffield 2 let property and can say I will be living here again next year. If you’re looking for somewhere well kept, stylish and affordable then Sheffield 2 let is the company to go to. The house came equipped with a state of the art TV and a brand new kitchen which is more than we could have hoped for at such a low cost. The kitchen and the bedrooms are all spacious and decorated to a high standard which has made our living experience an exceptional one.

The maintenance team are second to none whenever we have a problem it’s just a simple phone call away from a solution, they would always arrive on the day of the call or the next. Our landlord Dan is always friendly and helpful, willing to listen to our problems and work with us to create a situation that benefits us both, for example when my rent was due but my student loan hadn’t come through Dan was willing to postpone the payment. I would recommend Sheffield 2 let to anyone looking for a friendly and professional letting agency.

My experience living at Walsh Court has been the best so far whilst living out for university. The location of Walsh court is in the city centre meaning everything is located within a 5 minute walk. The train station, university campus is a 5-6 minute walk and living behind West Street has been the best experience, as taxis are out of the question when heading for a night out. The Flat itself is modern, spacious and not a student looking flat at all. The flat brings all the main facilities that you would need with a big dining table, washing machine, dishwasher and a nice living area with a top of the range flat screen TV included. In the 6 bedroom flat that I have lived in, had two spacious bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and the second bathroom was a shower cubicle, which benefited me and my flat mates as there was 6 of us. The bedrooms are all spacious with enough storage with a desk, desk chair, wardrobe, chest of draws and a spare chair for the bedroom.

There is also a brick wall type of effect in the bedrooms, which gives the bedrooms a different touch and it does not feel like you are living in student accommodation. Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience of living at Walsh court, from the flat to its location and it being quiet and easy to get your work done when needed. The security of Walsh Court is also very secure as you need a fob to come through the main doors with an individual key to gain access to each flat. I would recommend students who go to Sheffield Hallam University or University of Sheffield to live at Walsh Court, as the experience has been great and everything a student would need is located in less than 10 minute walk.

Special thanks to Chris who has been extremely helpful and understanding with any issues that came up. The flats are lovely and I wouldn't move out if I didn't have to live in another city. Absolutely legends!!

My time in Walsh Court has been nothing but positive. I was fortunate enough to have found this apartment which Dan (the landlord) assured before booking that it was in a great location and very ‘not student like’. I can say this was more than true! I was fortunate enough to be right next to West Street and less than 5 minutes walk from town which was more than convenient as it meant I never had to get a taxi! The same with the university and the train station, so I was able to save a lot of money through the year which was a bonus. Walsh Court is far from a student looking accommodation, with its contemporary brick effect walls, and very spacious rooms.

Every room was equipped with a large desk, very good for doing work as I found my room an excellent place to work all year, a comfortable double bed, a cupboard, a spacious chest of draws and extra armchair in the room. Also, there were 2 large bathrooms, one with a bath and the other a cubicle shower, so for 6 people, it was more than enough, so no traffic in the morning! Also, the kitchen was very big with a nice dining rooms table, washing machine, good cupboard space, leather sofas, a state of the art flat screen television and most importantly a dishwasher! Who as a student can say they have a dishwasher!?! Also, because bills were inclusive I never had to worry about sorting bills out which as I have heard from other students living in houses have found extremely stressful, so it was nice not having this over my head, an added bonus! Additionally, as we were given a fob to the front door and a key for the front door which open your individual room, safety has never been a worry!

Any problems in Walsh Court like the tap coming loose etc, Dan and Deb made sure they were solved swiftly, so the team are very helpful and supportive and solve any problems with ease which was very assuring! I would definitely recommend Walsh court to live to anyone I know, as it has been nothing but a positive experience for me!

Fantastic agency! The apartment was great and everything as promised! I rented it from distance so I could not arrange a viewing but the staff were incredible, they made a video just for me (thank you Chris!) and caused no problems whatsoever relating to me being far away. I'm only moving out because I need a bigger space now but I'm very sad to leave. They are nothing but helpful, kind and very professional! They are making my moving out so easy and that just speaks to their character. Couldn't ask for better!
